WANTED: rental points for 1/11 - 1/16

Family of 8 interested in trying out the DVC through rental. Arrive Wednesday, 1/11/06 Depart Monday.1/16/06 What's out there?

There are lots of points floating around, but I would tend to think not much in the way of available rooms for a new reservation at this late date. Your best bet would be to look for an existing reservation that someone is trying to rent. I checked 1/3-1/10 availability for someone yesterday and nothing contiquous was there. You'll need a 2 bedroom or 2 studio or 2 1 bedroom or a 1 bedroom and a studio reservation, or maybe a 3 bedroom (they cost more). Example: 2 bed at OKW for your dates would be 174 points, 2 studios would be 128 points, 2 1 bedrooms would be 256, and 1 studio & 1 1 bedroom would be 192 points. A 3 bed grand villa would be 284 points. At this late date, most of early Jan. is gone because it is low season.Good luck.
