I am having an incredibly stressful day here at work. About 1/2 hour ago, I had to go for a short walk to breathe again. As I headed out the door, I'm thinking that all I want right now is a McDonalds 1/4 pounder wi cheese, and a huge chocolate milkshake. As I head down the street, I can hear my WISH buddies telling me that if I do it, I'll still have the stress this PM, and it really won't make me feel any better ... actually I'll feel worse if I do it. So I made a turn before getting to McD's, went to the market, and paid a small fortune for a bag (not even a cup) of sweet cherries. I'm happy to report that they are absolutely awesome tasting, and the desire for the junk food is gone.
