Yep... mine too. The email from Cassie said to look on line for another event that day, "we have quite a few events open for that weekend"... NOT!!!

Wasn't that the one for the "wait around for 2 hours to see if the product comes" in directions? Glad I unbooked and booked another event that day.

Well mine is unbooked too, but I have not gotten an e-mail yet.
I have 5 events in the next month with SPI. I only had the 1 with TMT.
A lot of the events I have seen talked about on here never even showed up for me.

EVENT CANCELLED -- 10/14 Archer Farm Cinn Cereal.

I was checking ebooking. Noticed all the events were gone, noticed mine was unbooked, & then received email saying cancelled.

Now I have even less events.

I'm in the same boat. I have one tomorrow and an Archer Farms granola on 10/7 and that's it! There are no Super Targets or WalMart Supercenters in my immediate area, so many of the jobs are not available to me. We've got the run of the mill Targets and WMs here. I would much rather that the 10/7 Cole water and Archer Farms granola been canceled. The cinnamon cereal sounded pretty easy!

Check your areas. When I just checked my area quite a bit of new events are showing for 10/13 and 10/27. Some Targets also a local grocery store that I never saw before w/spi is showing up. I wonder if they sign up some new clients.

This weekend I head off to the World I hope everyone is able to find work and has successful events.

Splash When someone asks me who I work for I just simple state I work for a company who target hires to do the demos. Then I quckly get busy. So far no one has pressed.

I hope things start picking up for everyone. There are 47 unbooked events in my area right now so if you feel like taking a drive...

Tomorrow's WARM DELIGHTS. FYI, you only need 33.34 oz of water if you cook ALL 50 minis. So, I'm bringing a 32oz thing of water from home that will be easier to handle than a full gallon jug with the measuring spoon. And its the water from last weeks demo. lol Thumbs up to who mentioned the idea last week.

The box they sent only has 23 Warm Delights in it....not 25. I don't think it will really be a problem. But at least the table I got with this kit came with a front panel. All packed again for tomorrows 2 table fiasco, microwave & box of product. Walmart, I'm moving in again.


I broke down & booked a Petco event for Sat 11/3 that came up in my 40 mile radius. Ugh! 53 miles of driving & 53 minutes to get there, but its all toll road so traffic moves. There were only 4 events listings for the next 2 mths in my 40 mile radius & the other 3 were just as far & for 8am grand openings during the week. No way could I get there that early with weekday traffic.

At least I'm back to having 2 events now after tomorrow.

My Sara Lee on Thursday night was really boring. I hope we don't get any more 3-8 pm jobs. I kept thinking how normally I would already be home, and i still had a few hours to go.
I had 5 loaves of bread, and was worried because I went thru the first loaf before 4 pm. Counting setup time, that was about 40 minutes for one loaf. I thought I would run out, and then have to just stand there and talk about bread for over an hour.
But it really died down right at 4, and I ended up having 1 1/2 loaves left. Not many people in the store after that.

My next event is the Caregiver event at Kmart next Tuesday. Hope my boxes with the bunny ears are there!

There is the CUTEST event ever listed for a grand opening 40 miles away. Its Cottonelle Stuff-A-Puppy. They send you 300 plush puppies. You get a dog bed from pet dept & display 50 puppies in it. And you invite people to stuff a puppy with Cottonelle & take it home.

OMG, they are soooooooo cute!!!! Picture a dog bed full of puppy faces.

Other choice is a Tostino Pizza Rolls event....AT 9 AM!!!! Who's going to eat pizza rolls at 9am?

Mrs. Reese: hope you are feeling better by today. We had a 24 hour thing go around the office over the past few weeks and we are starting to show sporadic FLU activity in our state. YIKES!!!!!!

Some of the comments are written by General Mills or cereal companies? Are the companies the ones doing the audits? The cereal companies don't stock the shelves like Coke does. So they aren't in the stores. I thought MC hired people like us to do audits.

I don't know who is doing the audits or awarding the gift cards, but I have talked to a General Mills rep in several of the stores I've worked in. I don't think he stocks the shelves, but he knows exactly what inventory the store has on hand and he usually know when I'm supposed to be there for demos. (Unless I book off dates.) Almost everything I demo is a GM product, even some things you wouldn't expect. We've run into each other so often, in different stores, that we've started comparing notes as to how far we drive to a store.
