yea is it me or have they suddenly gone al crazy in anything results in termination??? i mean they really should get a look at just what some of these people do while they ar eworking and not bother someone who may have gone 15 minutes over..lol

Okay...I was just printing off my Dove paperwork and I see yesterday's event says "not reported". I called my report in after work yesterday since I hadn't yet read my email about online reporting and I have a confirmation number.

Do I need to report it online, too?

My event from yesterday is also showing as "not reported". When I click it "to report", all the numbers I put in via phone is already there along with my confirmation number. The part not filled in is the time spent before, during and after the event info. I'm leaving it the way it is.

Okay with this new online reporting... one major issue!!!!!!

Before when you did two events in one day you would do this:

Event #1
Call to activate card
Clock in
Clock out
Call Computer link to report results and event is now done

On to Event #2 (same day)
Call to activate card
clock in
clock out
report results, yadda yadda yadda.

Now if all the reporting is done via online (and I don't have access to a computer in between events) how do we go about reactivating our card without closing out the first one? I just want to to do it right so I get paid :)

I brought this up yesterday. HERSEY emailed them and is to let us know when/if she hears from them. I know you ( and somebody else) have a double coming up next weekend so it's necessary info you need to know soon.

I am doing a double this weekend as well so i also e-mailed daniel and am awaiting a reply.

Also, has anyone ever been rejected for booking an event for this reason?

"YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WORK MORE THAN 5 DAYS IN A WEEK"

Seriously, what? i have worked 6 straight before.

I will wait to Daniel email about this until HERSEY or brivers222 hears from him as I have a double on the 22nd. Don't want to inundate him with emails if possible!!! Now for this particular event I could go home between and do the reporting as the first event is literally 3 minutes from my house but most of the time when I do a double I am not that close. In fact, this is the first time an event has ever been so near to me (gotta love the addition of Meijer!)

I do love meijers being added... the Wixom one is like 5 mins from my house... about 30secs farther than my Target.

I hope they keep getting Meijers, I haven't seen any listed other than this event so maybe they are "testing" us out.... I guess we better kick **** to ensure more events there. Walmart also seemed to slow way down lately. But the K (to the) mart has picked up the slack so I am still happy.

A bunch of new ones for Cot 28 WalMarts Pink for the Cure (some more of the PFAC) popping again.

his reply is as follows:
You can still call to activate your card for the second event. You do not need to report the first one anymore. If you call just push 1 to active the card. Put the card # and event # and it will put the new balance on the card for the second event.

So there we have it... Game On, peeps!

Weird. I already had this Oct 28 event booked. They added it to a few more SuperWalmarts, same day, same event.

I just E-mailed daniel about it... I hate to be so "needy" to him, but they change stuff left and right without telling us!
you tell me what you think (its the text in red... photobucket makes it damn tiny don't they?)

Mine doesn't show that red statement? :confused3
What did you do now?

To avoid problems with this going over 5 hours problem when reporting online, when should I scan in and out? I was usually arriving about 20 minutes early and scanning in 10 minutes early. I scanned out about 5 minutes late. I have 2 events this weekend and don't want to be cursing at my computer screen Sunday night. Of course, I could indulge in a "Dove moment" to mellow out!! :hippie:

Here is my response from Liz "You can wait and report both events when you are back at home, so you will be fine when you do run two events in one day."

I was googling Dove Moment....and this thread showed up on pg 3 of the results. Now THAT's scary because we only mentioned it like 3 times.

OK...not to be nosy---But you have FOUR EVENTS listed for 9/22. How the heck did you manage that??? And obviously you are not running all of them on the 22nd so how are you doing it. I have been trying to pick up at least one more of those 9/22 events on another date but Daniel keeps ignoring my email requests.

Also, I am glad that we do not have to report in between events that always slowed me down from getting to the next one quickly. I would rather do the calculating later on after I am home and kinda relaxed.

Okay I see the confusion...

That screen I showed you was when you select your (up to five cities) those are AVAILABLE days... That message appears in the same location of the message when you go to book a job for the same day and you can't because you already have an event booked.

That message is NOT ALWAYS there, only when I try to book an event in next weeks time slot... Which is correct because that would be my 6th job next week if it let me... but that message pops up now and that is what i am questioning.

It only appears when you try to book a 6th event for one week. Go ahead and try to book a duplicate event, you will get an error message up there saying you already have an event.

Now I see why everyone was confused.

No, I knew that was the book event screen, not the my events screen. So you are saying it did NOT let you book a 6th day for next week? Wonder when that changed?

PHEW!! Now I get it (hey, no one said I was a quick on the uptake) the screen you are showing is possible events-not your actual schedule.

Not sure why they care if you work more than 5 days---makes no sense--especially since you have done it before.

Nope when I try to book it, that Red Message pops up. I have no idea I work 6 days 3 weeks ago during the XTra detergent stuff
