Ya know, I keep hearing this...but I'm still waiting.

And about 5/7, well, 5/7 is the ONLY day I didn't work that week (worked 6 out of 7 days - lol). Also, we all know I still can't access ADP's payroll site since it hates me. We'll have to wait & see if I receive a check in tomorrows mail to know anything. But good for you on the extra $.

My downstairs looks like a warehouse again. I've got 3 big Honeycombs boxes, & 4 boxes of Coppertone stuff. Stop sending stuff!

Daniel said I had to wait till next week & ask him again about booking a double on 5/31. I guess its too early.

And not only is 6/2 Coppertone/Cott available again....so is 6/23 Coppertone ONLY. Booking them again. LOL My calendar is a mess. I've changed 6/2 so many times. And because they carried May off-dates into June, I'll be doing a Coppertone twice in 1 week at the same store. Weird!!

Up to 5 events in June so far....the HARD way.

Its killing me seeing so many Honeycombs still unbooked. But I don't have any more open days. I wish they would extend those into June too. lol

Also, if anyone is doing that Golf Game - whatever it is - the time changed to 9am-2pm also.

I booked 6/23 AGAIN too! Can't do 6/2- wish i could. They both show up as Coppertone only for me. I'm doing Honeycomb tomorrow & Flat crisps for TMT on Sunday. I wish SPi had an event on Sunday the pay is much better. I have 5 events scheduled (including this weekend) through 6/23. Slim pickins for me. You pick up alot of off dates, that's great, I don't see too many here in NY. I ordered the mat I read about in one of your posts, thanks for the info.

For some reason, I've hit the jackpot with off-dates in May. I don't know what happened to all my competition. Maybe they didn't want to do these Coppertones...or maybe they had other things on their plate. Very weird month.

Just booked another Garnier for 5/31! Finally came up as as off date because I'm already booked to do one for 5/26.......two different stores!
Wish coppertone would go off date for 6/2!!

So 3 events for May......have never had more than 2 in a month! Between this and my 'real' job, hope I have time for laundry!
Still no paycheck for 5/5

Depends on what your instructions said! Mine always say you have to do it regardless of if you get the kit or not.

If I remember correctly, without going back in this thread, when we book our Coppertones, I mentioned some stores said "high profile" in the event title & some didn't say anything. I've had "high profiles" before without extra pay & I don't think this one mentioned extra pay. I won't what I'll be getting paid for all the ones I've been doing. Wait & see I guess.

Back from doing Honeycomb / Cocoa Pebbles today. 2 other demo people in store within sight of me. Here's my observation:

1. Me (MassConnections) - cereal - wearing hairnet AND hat
2. Sunflower Group - yogurt - just hat
3. Promoworks (Frasier & Wagner) - also cereal - NO HAT OR HAIRNET ????

INTERESTING? And I thought we were told we had to wear hairnets at Walmart. Yet, Promoworks lady doing same food as me has NOTHING on her head.

Next unusual thing was while having manager sign my paperwork, I'm told by several people at service desk including manager, that they cannot accept my leftovers (cannot take anything from a vendor). Ok, I've been in this store 3 times this week & I've been here before. Its news to me. So, I left with the cereal that was marked as "sample - not for sale" anyway. AND I get to the door, and they want to search my box. Same store that wanted receipt for my 1 yr old microwave yesterday. Fine, look in the box, see cereal marked as sample...and he says, oh, sorry, I didn't recognize you as vendor from before. Now, keep in mind, they weren't asking customers for receipts as they left. Just me because I had a microwave yesterday & a box today. This is been leaving the grocery side of the store. No one asks anything leaving the "walmart" side of the store. I think people need to make some rules at this store & stick with them.

I'm doing cereal 2 more times at more stores. I wonder if they'll take the leftovers. They all took the leftover Coppertone that was marked as sample & the left over Pampers for the employees.

Sold 22 boxes by the way - while competing with Captn Crunch lady just a few feet away. lol Ran out of cups around 3pm & switched to cups I had brought. Also only used 1.5 boxes of each type for about 300 samples?????? And I wasn't skimping.

THIS WAS THE MOST BOOOOORING EVENT EVER!!!! I had to do huggies today, basically i got paid to stnad aoround for 4 hours, WOW, i think id have rather stayed home, talked to maybe 15 people tops, nobody wonders back there and most people had no kids so you cant exaclty offer them diapers, there sa couple that did that whne i asked if htey wanted some samples, they looked at me ike i was an alien and said no and luckily a couple of people walked in there for diapers and i think i may have sold 6 things total...it was a reall really long boring day, thank goodness i didnt book any more of thse, tomorrow its off to walmart for the cocoa pebbles and honeycomb.

BORRRRRRING! I had Huggies today at a K-mart that is normally slow. 90% of the people shopping there were elderly. I gave away a lot of samples & coupons for grandchildren. About 1/2 hour before time to close up shop I started handing out 2 diapers and 2 wash samples. I still had 15 diaper samples left. It seemed everyone I asked said they needed a size 5. The store didn't have any of the wash at all. The had me set up by the customer service desk in the main aisle..I thought that would be a great location but everyone seemed to come in the door (to my left)and turned right, circled around the back of the store, then come back to the main aisle to get in the checkout lines that were to my right. A lot of people were able to by-*** me all together. Too bad..it would have made my day go a little faster if I had more business!

Tomorrow its off to do Honeycomb & Cocoa Pebbles at a Walmart that is usually really busy.

Ditto... it was really bad... I considered moving my table to the front of the store but my leg was still killing me so I stayed put.

What part of "I do NOT work for the store" do people not understand?!

Tomorrow is Flat Earth... last time I did that one I sold out of almost everything & it went pretty quick, hope it's the same!

I'm going to send in my form, and my receipt from swipe in with tomorrows paperwork and see what happens.

I think I was liking the boxes being at the store- but now I'm not too sure. I like to know that I'm going to be able to work once I get there. Granted, this KMART was my closest one- about 20 minutes away so not that big of a deal, but if this starts to happen at that store, I'll just not book any.

Thing that bugged me- manager came up and said "nope sorry no box came in for demo's yet"....and walked off. Had to page her back to get my form signed.

For those doing Honeycombs / Cocoa Pebbles tomorrow, there are coupons on the inside of the boxes for "75 cents off 2 boxes of Post kids cereals". Its part of the box, so you'll need to tear or cut to get them. I gave them out to anyone buying a box to entice them to buy a second one. Besides, cereal is sooooo cheap at Walmart. $1.98 for regular box. $2.68 for family size.

I'm doing Flat Earth chips at Target also tomorrow.

OK guys, I need some help. I was doing honeyconb and cocoa pebbles today. I was there 1 1/2 hours and I had to leave. My DD9 got hit in the chest with a softball bat(shes fine now). I called weekend line, she said that it was fine, that I would only get show up pay since I was already clocked in. Do I still need to call paperwork in?? If so, what do i say? Event ran, did not run(what reason)??

Thanks for any help you can give. I don't want top screw it up and not even get show up pay.
