I picked up some off dates for Biscuits!! Now I am working 6 days in a row again.... But the extra money is very good!!

Just home from Neurtrogena make up remover! It was okay. So much going on around the state that it was not that busy! A women from Promoworks was there doing Neurtrogena ance cream. She was very nice!

Here's my weird customer story: I had a man, probably in his 60's, dressed nice, not creepy, walk right up to me and say "this is the perfect job for you because you are just beautiful" I said "oh that's sweet!" and laughed and he said "I'm serious" and walked away!!

I had a weird customer moment today that I have to share.

I was doing Oscar Meyer Deli Creations at Publix. An older woman comes up to me and ask what I have. I tell her and she says "NO! Oscar Meyer is having a recall. I read about it in the newspaper today." She stalks off shaking her head.

A few minutes later, I see talking to the store manager and pointing at me. After she leaves, the manager comes over to me and tells me the lady had complained that I was giving out contaminated food and needed to be shut down.

Apparently, Oscar Meyer is recalling some pre-cooked Chicken Strips and the woman was confused.

I did the Pyrmid Tea today and I gotta tell you, most people did not like the Vanilla Caramel Truffle!

Two weeks ago some 90 year old lady told me I was a very pretty girl. Hey, I'll take the compliments wherever I can get them. Ya know?

Received paycheck today for 2/10 & 2/11 events.

Spent 6 hrs today with DH cleaning & organizing his office at work. Now, I've got to get ready for Enviga Tea tomorrow.

I'm thinking of packing a table kit & just leaving it in the car in case they can't find the one delivered to the store. I'm ALSO thinking of bringing along a small folding cooler to hold at least a 6 pk at a time. Otherwise, I'll be doing a lot of walking back & forth to the Food Ave cooler. I haven't checked the weather, but I hope its not going to be toooo cold, since I'll be set-up right near the EXIT doors.

Maybe I should read that enviga website... lol?

I always have a table & some basics packed in my car... and I am definately bringing my small cooler Food Avenue is clear across the store from the pantry department.. there's no way I'm storing it there!

We are supposed to get a snow storm tomorrow... it's supposed to hit during my event. Anyone ever not execute because of bad weather? Just wondering how they handle them... I'd obviously not be able to swipe in.

ETA: my 2/10 & 2/11 events aren't even on ADP... great yet another payroll issue!

I did that one too and sold all but one of the Vanilla Carmel Truffle. I told people to put sugar in it and it tasted MUCH better. It really brought out the carmel flavor!

WE have a grear deal of snow just fomr today and expext many more inches tonight.. not sure if I can get out of my driveway!

It stunk and it was plain awful. I sold two but that was because she was going to buy the stuff anyway she just wanted to see what was the difference but most people were like WHAT IS THE FREAKING POINT!! So spoke to a grand total of 45 people. Oh well it is over and 70 dollars is 70 dollars

Yes, the "insert name here"person creeped me out, she PM asking me for a picture, I stop booking jobs at that store because I am not messing with a loony bird.

Well today I will be a "stalker"...hehehe, since I ended up not booking hte enviga job i think I will go scope out the competition. I am curios how other people do there demos and serioulsy I want to try the stuff..heheh. (and i have to get stuff fromtarget anyway).

To the people with the snowstorm, I think you just dont even get paid if you cant swipe in. I remember reasing WAY WAY back in the earlier stages of this thread someone who couldnt get to their location due to floods and was told that they have to have a swipe in if they at least want to get paid the no event fee. It may have changed but thats what I remember reading here.

I had to reschedule due to an ice storm just a few weeks ago. I had talked to Cassie about it before hand because I knew it was a possibility we would get it. She said I would be able to call that morning (it was a Saturday) and they would be reschuled me for Mon-Thurs of that week, no other time. Worked out fine for me to do it Thurs. since I was off work that day!
Not sure if every event works that way but it did for the Garnier! They understand that weather can be a huge problem so I know they'll work with you if they can!
