Nope no tiny white box. Just a blue box with the pens. I like the red tablecloth. :teeth:

If I'm reading the instructions correctly we buy all 6 varieties and sample 3 at a time. Correct?
 
Hey ya'll... I have a salad job on Friday, hope it goes well, Plus I have the Tassimo on Sunday... Can't wait.. Hope my machine works... then I have a neutrogena the week after Thanksgiving..... I think I am doing good, And I am also having fun... I need a few more before the end of Dec..... I really want to go to Disney.....
Do ya'll get paid if the box does not show up at the event??? Like a Grand Opening.... I do not know what they are going to do about that event......
 
wenpop it depends on your instructions. Some say the event can not run without kit.

According to mine I purchase 4 of the 6, the other 2 are alternates if any of the 4 featured aren't available.

That's what I thought the first several reads but on page 3 it has 1st half of the event then 3 varieties then goes on to 2nd half of event 3 more varieties. Now I'm confused. I should be comfortable in my state of confusion since I visit there so often. :teeth:
 
Does anyone have a phone number for The Merchandising Team? It looks like they are my company but I still have not heard from anyone yet. I got the "you are hired!" email around September 29th and have been e-mailing them the past two weeks for my password-nothing. :rolleyes:

Small world! Daniel Arruda was my first contact with MC when I got the "You're hired!" phone call. He's the one that told me the agency I was assigned to would call me in so many days.

Is anyone seeing any events for Ohio? I got a bulk e-mail from MC today with about 150 event from now till Nov.26, but they're all in other states. Including some wine events in FL & WA that pays $110 for 4 hrs! I've got the Make-up thing on Friday and that's it.

He's covering all of CT too! Got my e-mail from him about all of the jobs available...with no attachment. Splsh...I didn't wait. I e-mailed him already about having still not been paid for my first event, still haven't seen the Tassimo kit (not sure when it should be here) and asking about pay for the wine event. Still no response of course! :lmao:

Are you emailing MC or TMT? Having just been through this, this is what I experienced. For two weeks after receiving the “your hired” email from MC, when trying to login into MC you receive a “pop-up” balloon stating you’ve been hired and someone from TMT will contact you. After two weeks, the “pop-up” message changed to contact XXX@themerchandisingteam.com. I then emailed that address and a person from TMT emailed me back three days later requesting me to call her and schedule my first event and receive my login and password. If you’ve gone through the steps above I can give you the number of the person I called, but she may not cover your state. As an FYI, they will not give me a login & password until I schedule my first event via phone. Since there are no jobs in OH, I need to keep calling back. I’ve read about others on this thread who received a login & password by email, but that’s not what’s happening in my case.

I am twice removed from vanessa now... Just got an e-mail that Taylor N. is going to be the new coordinator for MI, IN and Oh.

So shy (don't know her last name) didn't last to long. Perhaps the rabid people looking for work broke her down in record time.

yep i got the new coordinator email a couple of weeks ago for florida, no more vanessa i think it was taylor...
 
Just got my Tassimo.... This will be the first time for me, Any suggestions.... Should I go ahead and try it now to see if it works.>>> i havent' watched the DVD yet...... Anyone else get theirs today.....
 
This is strange don't you think?: Looks like more Neurtrogena events have opened up for "off dates" and Thanksgiving is listed at 3 different stores!!
I suppose if you did not have plans to be with family you could do this but I thought that was strange. The busy day AFTER Thanksgiving is NOT listed which I find more strange!?

Can someone remind me the pay for booking "off dates"!? :confused3 Thanks!

Hi there. I did get the pop up and e-mailed b**en@themerchandisingteam.com like it said. After a few days I e-mailed again. Nothing. I have been checking my bulk mail too. Then I e-mailed talent@massconnections.com since they said in their e-mail if you have not heard from anyone in 10 days please e-mail us. I have heard nothing from them either. I also filled out the form to contact them on the web site. I would be grateful for a number so I can at least see what is going on:)

Just received an email from Robin at SPi and she said the "off-date-on-line" rate is $60.00. I was thinking it was a couple dollars more than that but I guess not.

Robin also said that if I had leftovers from my event this Saturday, I could use what I have left for the same event "off date" since I would not be receiving a kit. That's the only way I would do it. If I don't have any leftovers, guess I'll unbook the off date event!
