This is different than having our Check created three times... this is actually placed right on the check.

They screwed up my amount for my 10/22 job also. Vanesa unbooked me on accident and then added me back in... they didn't give me the EBOOKING price DUH! Luckily I saved all my e-mails about this to fire off at them.

Unless they send out some sort of message... I am going to cash this check as usual.

I wonder how they are going to deal with this issue.. The really will need to pull the checks & reissue them or they are going to be out of some $ - getting people to repay or dock future events will be a nightmare!

Yeah Vanesa sent out an E-mail to us in michigan saying their are open events not booked yet. One that I had booked 3 weeks earlier and STILL ON MY QUEUE was listed. I wrote her and told her that I am booked for that event it is NOT available. Well 2 days later it was unbooked from my queue saying "cancelled" <--- you probablly remember my rant about this on here when that happened! She wrote back and said her system still showed it available and that she would add it back into my queue if I still wanted it. So she did and I guess they assumed I DIDN'T ebook it as she had to put it back in my queue due to their computer glitch.

I sure hope this triple pay doesn't negate our weeks pay cause that money would be nice for some extra xmas money!

Once they straighten it out I will be emailing them telling them I want my $10 ebooking fee added back on!

Hoping that his is "real lifes" version of Monoply's "BANK ERROR IN YOUR FAVOR -- COLLECT $200" But yeah I am not so lucky

yeah i doubt that we will be allowed to keep it tho,. but like somebody said they better dock it cuz it is not my problem to have to go thru the toruble of sending it back. what a nightmare, i hope they realize it before they send unless they are going ot let us keep it which i doubt!

Well, No box, Nothing, No Clue.... No Answer from anyone..... Had to come home.... 15 miles in traffic this morning.... Oh well.... Hopefully I will get an answer soon, I tried to call, no one knows anything.. I think my box went to the wrong location... They gave me the wrong address and just changed it last night..... Did I do right by coming home......????

I think they came to my store we had two gigantic grandopening boxes at the Acworth store. They were suppose to schedule 2 people at our store but only schedule one. I am so glad that someone from home office (Hi, Lance they read the boards) was there today. He said he truly gets a feel of how much we go through to do events. So this was my 2nd audit from corporate and today was fun. You will not believe how excited people get over a free roll of toilet paper and some kotex.

No check in my queue so I guess they figured things out before I got lucky!!

Wonder how they found us? I've done a google search using words like SPI & MC & TMT...and we've never shown up in results.

Pretty cool though. At least they'll know the questions that keep coming up for newbies...and vagueness / confustion sometimes from event directions.

Wonder if they would like to sign-in & help us out sometimes.

Hey...if you are from SPI, can you fix why I can't sign into ADP? It says someone from payroll needs to do it, but they won't reply to my emails. HELP.

The last two I have done have been for Super Walmarts. I sure hope that you do a grand opening. They are really fun, everyone is so excited. By far Mass Connection always have great samples. I know that if the Walmarts are nice, ST must be extra nice. Vendors are everywhere, I came home with T-shirts, small bags of dog food, some tortilla wraps, Nestle stuff, shampoo samples, dog toys. Plus I ate all day Subway had this giant sub and they gave samples away. Really fun, but I am exhausted, 45 minute drive and I had to be there at 8:00am Long day!!

Yes, originally, when I signed up, I had to enter "last paystub" info.
I was able to access ADP for about 2 months this summer, then it started saying "access denied....talk to payroll" (or something equivalent to that).

On ADP's site, I've answered security questions correctly to get my username when I pretended I forgot it. And I've answered security questions right to get my password when I pretended I forgot that.

So, I know I have the correct username & password still. And it even lets me change the password & sends me confirmation. It JUST won't let me into the site.

I've cleared cookies, caches, history.... AND even had DH try signing on from computer at his work. Nothing works.

Does anyone have ANOTHER payroll email OR a payroll EXTENTION? I need to talk to a human apprently, because no one (and I mean no one) has returned emails.

OK, I must have just gotten angry enough, because I just fired this off to everyone I have email for at SPI. (Nikki, Vanessa & Twyai in payroll). I'll probably never get another event after this.

I've emailed SPI payroll dept several times since August...and no one will get back to me. WHY??? So now, I'm emailing all the contacts I have at SPI in hopes that someone will help me.

Up until August, I had no problems logging into ADP's website. Since that time, when ever I try to log in, it says "You are not authorized to access this service. If you believe this is incorrect, please request assistance from the Human Resource or Payroll representative at your company who maintains access to ADP products."

Who should I contact directly about that? Please provide name, email & phone #. Thank you.

I know I am using the correct username & password, because ADP's site confirms those when I answer all security questions correctly. It even allows me to change the password, & emails me a confirmation. I've cleared all cookies, history, & cache; and even had my husband try signing on from his work computer. All with the same results of the "not authorized" message. The problem is not on this end. Someone at SPI needs to fix this.

I have no way of knowing when I will be paid for events since the "paid" column has been removed from the ebooking site. I have to wait 3 weeks for a check in the mail, just to find out IF my event reports were received. ADP is my only other way of knowing without having to constantly email payroll to check.

I don't want to keep bothering payroll with those questions, but I will have to if this can't be resolved. If I had a phone # for payroll, I would be calling it to get this resolved.

Sorry if this comes across harsh, but I'm tired of repeatedly emailing about this subject.

Plus, it was about 80 outside and people played outdoors instead of going shopping. There were times when I stood there for 1/2 an hour without giving a sample away. I was even standing by a door!

I have done the deli events 10 or so times, I always ended up with potato or other salad.

I WAS going to say that I often only gave away like 40 - 80 samples (80 on a good day) on weekdays, standing near the front door. But I didn't want to scare you, in case you had a busy ST.

At least at ST, they always find something to demo!
