OK, Here's my spin on this. I see the teams as a way of staying accountable and encouraging othe rin a smaller format so that we can keep up. I'd love to "win", but even more important is helping us all stay motivated. So, I don't cae if all you can do is hobble 1/100th of a mile fro 10 min 3 times a week, I want you here!
NOw, as for reporting, we are only doing monthly totals. HOwever, we are reportign here every day, right?
Would you be offended if I asked you to also report your monthly totals so that it doesn't have to be summed up by some one? If this makes it too hard for anyone, I have no problem doing it, but itf you have it in a format that it will give your totals, it would free up a lot of time ofr me or whoever was helpign this week. Just let em knwo what you think. It's b no means a deal breaker.
I did 6 miles in 66 min Saturday. Scheduled fro swimmming and yoga tonight. I'm gonaa' sleep well.
