Hi Team! Great job everyone. You are all amazing! I do not have any new miles to report, just wanted to pop in and say hi. We're all sick again. Jeff has mild flu like symptoms :scared1: , DD is well -depending on the hour is either sick, or just being 5 :lmao:.
Have a great weekend everyone. Great training!

Hi Everyone: Just a quick update - I did 80 min on the exercise bike today.

Carrie, I am thinking that you want our totals reported to you as a weekly total too? I can't see that you will be needing to keep up with each and every post if we give you our weekly report as Friday cut-off days and maybe encourage each other in a daily manner? Having to tally by the day is a monumental job I think.

Anyway slow week 135 minutes XT plus 125 min walk/run = 260 min total
and for the miles short mileage week 6.83 miles total for my first week report

Eyewww this looks bad for me and the team when I put it in writing.

Hi Carrie and teammates,

I was in the Keys last week, and I guess I tok the "vacation" think pretty literally. I only did one W/R, going 3.6 miles and it took about 60 minutes (wow the heat/humidity really got to me, and I didn't drink nearly enough water.) I also did .5 miles in a paddle boat (the kind you have to pedal like a bike). I'm not sure how long that took me, though, since I refuse to wear a watch on vacation, lol!

OK, back to serious training this week!!

This is going to be a relatively low mileage week. I'm resting for a marathon next sunday.

If you're klooking at the tracking spreadsheet, we're not there yet. It shut my home pc down twice, so I'll do it from work in the am.
