Sorry, I am not being a great captain at the moment. I will get in 75 min of yoga tonight and my missed run form yesterday will happen Wednesday. Kind of a rough weekend rolled into a rough Monday. I will get better, though!

Ok, it's not a lot, but it's a start. I walked mile, and between walking and stretching, 30 minutes total.

Also, Jeff (GrumpyinNY) got in 30 mins, 2 miles :cheer2: before going back to work for a meeting.

Hi WWs, looks like you are off to a good start. I have neglected my harassment duties to you guys so I thought I better make an appearance.

In case y'all don't know this is FAT TUESDAY, that means it's ok to eat till you are full all day long. I highly reccommend bacon. You can eat it on your healthy cheese burgers and chilli cheese fries.

ok team, sorry didn't have chance to post last night- did my most hated 3-11pm shift eurgh. Got in 4 miles in 40.56 mins on the lovely treadmill. Also half an hour of mean physio cruelty, but that blatently doesn't count, lol.

Hi guys!!! Nothing on Monday for me, but 1hr in the water last night! Aquacise and Aqua pilates!!!

Tuesday night - 1 hour with my personal trainer - 18 minutes of interval work on the treadmill, 1.1 mile followed by 45 minutes of strength training (arms and abs). Looks like I will have to get some message therapy on my upper hamstring. My trainer thinks I have some type of muscle problem that is causing me pain and gave me tons of trouble in the WDW half.

Be careful with that hammy Susan. Mine eventually works it's way down. Yoga has done wonders, especially downward dog. You may want ot get it looked into, though. Mine led to evil things before they founf out my one leg was shorter. :wizard: that you figure it out soon.

Stacie - Your water work outs sound great. Dreaming that I can get somethign like that when the aquatic center near me opens next fall.

On tap for my re-scheduled 40 min with teh TM tonight. Oh joy.
 
stacie- aqua pilates sounds amazing! I've heard orf aerobics in the water but not pilates. The things that we miss out on over here.

Carrie- don't panic the physio is on my arm at the moment, i'm keeping my foot twinges a secret for now :rotfl: Will ask at the gym tomorrow but corinna's advice of heat's workin well so far. Had an incident with one of our psych patients and it tore some of the muscles in my arm and they're convinced it was broken (despite xray so i'm sticking to the xray opinion!). It's getting there.

Off to gym again tomorrow hopefully for my long run- wahey. Happy exercise everyone :lovestruc
 
1 hour strength training with trainer and 6.50 mile run in 1:03. :)

Hi guys! Whew! Work has been busy! No time for dis'ing!!!

I wanted to update I did 4 miles last night (walk/run), 1 hr.

My nike plus seems a little out tonight, treadmill said 10km in 64mins which 6.21 miles, nike plus said 5.8miles. I'm sticking to TM :rotfl:

So tonight i've done 6.21 miles in 64mins
 
Lifted weights for 1.5 hours this morning.

Ran 6.25 miles in 54 minutes this afternoon.
