Yay-someone's back in action! You're speedy too, that's very impressive.
Stacie, 9 miles is fantastic and a massive congratulations for signing up for 1/2. Unfortunately i can't justify another trip that early next year, also time off work would be tricky. Got excited last night as dad mentioned getting annual tickets if we were going to be back for the 1/2, but then he said ....nah!
Ok so for me today a 3mile run outside in 32mins. Managed to hold me pace a bit and ran the whole thing again

Hi Team: Guess what? I ran yesterday!I decided to give my hip a try so I ran for a mile on the TM (in ~9:30), and then I did another 20 min on the exercise bike.

Just wanted to report in that I did 40 min last night--9 miles on the Stationary bike.

Fab effort, wow.I was back at the gym this morning. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical for 2.38 miles.
