Walt's Warriors (Team 7) Miles and Hours

Alas, rained out last night. It's still raining right now... The weatherman said this was the first wave of rain and that the second is coming tonight. I really hope my race isn't rained out tomorrow. Now I'm starting to have doubts- maybe if they hold the race but it's still raining, I'll check out the t-shirt before registering...:rolleyes1

Heather- You should get major credit for 2 miles in 3 inch heels! All of my really high heels are in pristine condition because I tend to put them on getting ready for church or whatever and then change before I even leave the house!

Hey guys! Eveyone is doing great!!!

No workout for me last night. Tues and Thrusday were rest day this week. I hope to get a run/walk in today. It's rainy and cold and that means TM and I can never make it on the TM! ugh.

We found out that Matt's EEG and blood work look better!!! YAY! They have released him to drive short distances (within the State) and we go back in one month for a follow up when they expect to release him completely from all driving restrictions!!! :dance3:

Erika, I don't know where you are in Maine but have you heard about the Maine Coast 1/2 in York? It's all women and one lucky man. I think the date is September 21 this year. I hope to do Portland this year.

Hey Everyone: I did 40 min on the exercise bike yesterday. Planning on my "long bike" this morning. Have a great Saturday everyone.

Hi Everyone: OK, I did 90 min on the exercise bike for 29 miles. Whew, that's my limit.

Greetings from Team Ohana!

Seeing that our fearless leader, Lily, has been under the weather and unable to train on her own behalf, several members of Team Ohana have generously donated a portion of their hours/miles to her. Most of us just donated whatever we did on Monday, but a few that did not workout that day chose another session. Also, there are still a few people who have not yet reported their miles, so the total may increase. Please know that these miles/hours are a true gift and have not been included in our team's total. We gladly offer them to be placed in Lily's account:

15.99 miles, 5hours,54 min (5:54)

Sending best wishes for her speedy recovery from your Team Ohana cousins. :grouphug:
