I wouldn’t waste time playing around there. Give Marriott one shot to fix it and if you don’t have your money back in 2 weeks file a dispute with your credit card company/bank.Also, when I canceled one that took a deposit, I didn’t automatically get a refund - and I’m still trying to fix that situation!
