I'm sure you veterans of Disney know about this. It tell you what the crowds are like at the parks. It says on each day, what parks to avoid and the best parks to visit.

Supposedly, it's time tested for accuracy. It shows notes on each day that may explain the crowd size.

For those of you with experience using this...is it spot on or spotty at best?

I have found it to be fairly accurate. The crowds levels are based on the wait times at the three headliners in the MK so it isn't necessarily applicable to all of the parks.

I noticed that there are two types of subscription one is free, one you pay for. Can you get park crowd indicator without paying?

You can get the crowd calendar for the next 30 days for free. For better planning you would need to subscribe for data for the next year.
