Walmart.com Screwed up

Just wanted to give everyone an update.
I went to my local Walmart this evening and they had the same bike but in a different color in the store. Well I asked to speak to the manager and explained what happened and she let me purchase that bike at the online price she also stated that they dont normally do this because they are separate from walmart.com and that walmart.com is always making errors like that. She aas very kind and I let her know how much I appreciated her doing the adjustment. Now I just have to return the trainset on Monday when she is there so that no one gives me any problems returning a table trainset with a bike receipt

So glad this worked out for you. Shame you did not have that train set in the car to return, just in case you got lucky, which you did.
YEAH for that Store manager!! So nice that she was able to work this out for you.
I ordered some chairs from them, and then a chair cover. Went to the store to get it all. The chair cover color was not what I thought I wanted , so they happily refunded it before I even left the store, easy peasy...I am actually ordering two more chairs now and saw your post.

Have a wonderful Holiday and hope your son LOVES the bike. It reminds me of when I got my first ten speed, bright yellow one under the tree as a young teen....I begged for a bike and as one of 5 kids thought Id never get it , ..Oh the Memories...

That's great! I think speaking with someone in person can really make all the difference.

So glad it worked out. I had a similar experience a few years ago and I haven't order from them since. Not worth my stress. The lack of caring/customer service on their part showed me that they didn't deserve my money.
