Walking Back From Pirate & Pals To MK?

No doubt you guys have answered a bagilliongazillion questions on walking from Contemporary to MK, but I promise I've spent a lot of time trying to search past threads We've only ever taken the monorail resort loop. We're doing Pirates & Pals early Aug on a MK EMH night on purpose to get back in before closing so we can hopefully fit 1 or 2 more rides in, and perform our night owl ritual of closing Main Street til the good night kisses. Where is the walkway from Contemporary to MK? Is it clearly marked? Anyone have details on how to get there from the dock where Pirates & Pals ends? About how long does it take? Assuming it'll be faster than the monorail.

From the Dock walk into the Contemporary and exit the Contemporary through the Lobby and past the Front Desk.

Turn right and go to the Contemporary Bus Stops.

Continue walking past the Bus Stops and you will be on the "walkway" to the Magic Kingdom.

At this point,it will be obvious where to walk.

Plan on around 15 minutes from the Dock to MK tapstiles.

Yes,it will be faster to walk than take the Monorail which will make 3 stops before arriving at MK.
