Tracy you are coming right along with the pace. You will be right on my heels soon.
A lot of people don't know but Robert is one of the few walkers to ever qualify for the Western States 100 endurance race. He had to walk 5o miles in under 10 hours to qualify, that's a sub 12 mpm pace for 50 miles. No wonder his legs are having problems now. I couldn't do that, at least not yet.

That hurts because I was just starting to get the defintion that I have wanted for the last 10 years. So now, all I can do is cardio and some ab routines. I was actually planning on biking about 10-15 miles tonight at the gym and then go to the track for a 5 mile excursion. Then, my ankle started killing me and I thought I better not so I will ice it down tonight and then hit it tomorrow.
