Walk to the TTC from GF?

We are staying at the GF this year and it occured to me that to get to EPCOT, it might be nice to walk to the TTC instead of taking the monorail all the way around from the GF, but I have no idea how long this would take. I'm considering this not necessarily to save time (although that would be a plus), but just that it would be a nice walk and a good way to experience the atmosphere of the Poly. I've not heard of anyone doing this, so my guess is that it's probably quite a hike. Does anyone know?

It's possible, but it'd be a long hike. You'd have to walk to the Poly, and could walk to the TTC from there. The monorail would certainly be faster, but if you're not in a hurry, it'd be a pleasant walk.

You can definitely walk from the TTC to the GF, in fact I have done it. You can only go one direction though, from the TTC through the Poly and on to the GF. You cannot start at the TTC and then go to the Contemporary and on to the GF because the parts between the TTC and Contemporary, and then the part past MK near the GF are not connected. Too bad because it would be awesome to be able to walk around the entire Seven Seas lagoon. Maybe someday...

Anyway asusming you go counter-clockwise around the lagoon starting at the GF you can make it in under 30 minutes, even quicker if you walk faster than me!

another option would be to take the boat from the GF to the Poly and then walk over to the TTC

You be better off taking the monorail
