I just did the 2 mile and I agree with you kamgen, the mornings are better!
 
I haven't done it since Saturday, so today, after the baby I watch leaves, I am doing the 3 Miles with the Ab belt! :teeth:
 
I did the 1 mile tonight. I considered not doing any, but thought 1 mile is better than none. Actually, it felt pretty good. I'm glad I did it.

Howdy everyone!! I just started up with my WATP tapes last week. I've been trying to do them in the morning on the days I do advanced pilates so I can do those in the evening. Today and yesterday I did the 2 mile with the weighted balls. I also just got the newer tapes with the "stretchie" but haven't broken them in yet.

Does anyone have them? What do you think?

CrzyforPiglet - A group of us have been doing the tapes for awhile now. Aren't they great?? I don't have the abs set. I am saving those for when I get burnt out on this set - or my abs start showing through! :eek: LOL! Enjoy!!
 
Great Job!!! I went crazy and did 4 miles (the 3 mile and then the 1 mile) because I was watching the Oprah show and got even MORE motivated!!!!

I've been looking everywhere for this thread - whew!! What a work out :p I did the 2 mile express workout yesterday and today (with the stretchie band) Similar to the weighted ball workout but the walk seemed much more brisk. I'm not sold on the stretchie - i think we did only 4 exercises with it and it turned my hands purple!! I'm going to substitute the weighted balls instead and see what happens.

:eek: Is that stretchie thing from the ab tapes? Purple hands does not sound like a good thing to me! :eek:

I did my 2 miles again today. Something is happening here though. When I finished I felt like I hadn't really done anything! Ack! Surely I couldn't be that conditioned to the tapes already! I am thinking of getting some ankle weights to boost things up a bit. Or try and find more time for the 3 mile. ;)

No, geetey, the stretchie comes with the WATP Express tapes. The Ab tapes have a belt with resistance cords. I've not had any problems with the Ab belt and discolored hands.

It sounds like I need to check out her website again! Thanks Lois!! I didn't know there were Express Tapes!

Got an alert from Amazon today that there are three WATP tapes that were released today.

Also, Leslie will be on QVC on Friday with the TSV. Don't know which tapes they will have Friday.

Also they have the WATP/Abs at Sam's Club, BJ's, and Kohl's.
