The TSV on QVC stands for Today's Special Value. It is the lowest price that QVC will offer a certain product and only on a specific day. The TSV begins at 12 midnight (eastern) and ends at 12 midnight when a new TSV takes effect.

Anyone interested in single WATP tapes, my local BJs had two express tapes today. One is Walk Strong and runs for 30 minutes. The other is the Super Challenge - 4 Miles and runs for 60 minutes. The 4 mile claims to give a health-club quality workout and does not say it uses a stretchie. They were $7.99 each.

I just bought a set of ten Walk Away The Pounds tapes, and have done the one mile walk three times this week. I think these tapes are great, I just have to get motivated to do them a little more often.
