Not unless you're buying a Canon digital camera? That was the only offer I could find free shipping on at Wal-Mart. I couldn't find anything else at the coupon sites I usually check. Sorry.

If you are looking for a dvd/vhs they have free shipping on some. I preordered Austin Powers and it had free shipping. The boxed sets also have free shipping like Band of Brothers.
