Wake-up Calls

Last summer it was not Mickey making the wake-up calls. I think it was Stitch. Personally, I didn't like it. It was hard to understand. Anyway, does anyone know it Mickey is back? To me there is nothing like Mickey waking me up at Disney. Thanks.

:D
Mickey's back! On our recent Christmas trip, Mickey was the wake-up call at the AKL and GF! We were so glad!

:D :D :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :D :D

We had Mickey during our fall trip. However, I would have loved to have heard the Stitch call, drats!

We had a few wake up calls last week at ASMu and all were Mickey.
Interesting -- on marathon day, DH had a wake up call for 3:00 a.m.
I needed a wake up call for later. You can only do one wake up call.
The front desk had to call me for my wake up call.

Oh I hope it's Mickey when we go. I would be sooo disappointed if it wasn't as this is our first time onsite. I can't wait to have Mickey wake us up. However, my kids and my husband aren't allowed to pick up the phone on the first day....only me;) I've waited 43 years for this! My kids are older so they understand!

I think I must have done the wake up calls incorrectly or something. When I was there, I set up the wake up call through the automated thing on the phone. Each morning the phone range, but no one was there, expect on the last morning and it was Mickey. Although I think I called the front desk for my wake up call on the last morning.

When you phone rings instead of picking up the phone hit the speakerphone and if you wait a couple of secs Mickey will come up and everyonr can hear then. We always do this and it works great!

You can only do one wake up call.
It could be Mickey or you could get Goofy.
If you miss the wake-up, dial "0" and the operator can set another wake up call in 10 mins. The character you get is random

By one wake up call, I meant only one call can be set up.
My example: Saturday night, DH wants a wake up call for Sunday, 3:00 a.m.
I called the front desk because I wanted a second, 6:30 a.m., wake up call on Sunday morning.
In order to have a second wake up call for the same morning, the front desk had to manually call me themselves. Their system would not accept two wake up calls set the same night for the following morning.
I was surprised that after setting up the wake up call, a second wake up call could not be added. Or for that matter, no option was provided to cancel the first one.
Seems to be a very basic system.

Thanks m&ms mom, what a great idea. How come I didn't think of that?
