Wake-up Call...

Has the wake-up call changed, or is it still Stitch? Just wondering... I liked the Stitch call at first, but then I got tired of it. Also, I'd like to know what to expect when answering that phone... since sometimes it scared me early in the morning

We were there in Dec. and it was still Mickey and Stitch. If I remember correctly Stitch tells you to get up and then Mickey apologizes for Stitch being crazy.

We went end of Feb/beginning of March and it was a pirate one day (there was a party that night) and two of the days it was two guys from some ESPN show (it was ESPN weekend).

Okay, thansk! I just remember my first trip there we got Mickey, and I think Goofy... just wondering if they went back to the other characters or not. Thanks

Is it free for the wake-up calls? And do they offer them at All Sports? I'd love to set this up one morning for DBF (without him knowing ) I can imagine his face when he gets Stitch screaming down the phone to him!!

Yes, wake-up calls are free. I do believe they are available at all resorts, but I'm not for sure. I've stayed at POFQ & POP and they have them at both of those values & moderates, so I would assume all resorts have them. You can just set it up on your resort room phone. I think there is an actual "wake-up call" button (sorry can't remember for sure) and just follow the directions from there. We use it every morning instead of setting an alarm

Wake-up calls are free and are in all the hotels. If your phone doesn't have a wake-up call button (which will prompt you through it), just call the desk and tell them you'd like one.

I miss the Mickey wake-up call. It was such a fun and pleasant way to begin the day. That Stitch business is just annoying.

Cool - I'll have to remember to set up a wake-up call for the morning of our P&PP and get DD to answer - she would be thrilled!

I had a copule wake up calls at Pop last week. The first one had a boy band playing first (no idea who it was, maybe the Jonas Brothers?), and then the Stich & Mickey thing. The next one was just Stich & Mickey. Hope that helps.

We just returned last week and it was mickey and stitch still. We have a fight in the morning with the 3 kids who is going to answer the phone first. Stitch I found this time has calmed down and isn't yelling as loud and as much.

Years ago if you asked for a time other then on the hour or half hour you might get a different character. Over the years we have gotten several other characters that way, Donald, Minnie, Daisy, Goofy. Never had Pooh though. Wish the gave you maybe a choice of two and different ones at different resorts.

I was just there last week and it was Stitch and Mickey everyday for us. Stitch says no more sleeping and Mickey apoligzes and then Stitch says get moving.
