Waitlisted

Does anyone have any encouragement for me that we actually might get our waitlisted room. We are going to BWV in early Feb and we have ressies for my parents for the 8th & 9th for a studio. Great except they think they won't be able to get in until late on the 8th so we wanted to change it to the 9th and 10th. But our renter checked and they don't have availiability on the 10th. She put us on the wait list. What are the chances of it coming through. Anyone ever actually gotten a waitlisted room? We paid for preferred but we would take whatever comes in.

I'm kind of suprised they don't have it now, so I'd be pretty optimistic. I called on Monday to add Feb. 11 to my ressie and was able to get a BW view studio. It's a weekend night so that could be the reason. Good luck!

No, actually, the closer you get to the due date, the better chance that folks will cancel or CRO will free up some rooms. Just keep pixie dust in your prayers and have the person that made the ressies keep calling MS.

Thank You both! My renter said that she is waitlisted and that MS will call her. IS that right or does she have to keep calling. Do you know? I don't want to pester her, but I really want to change those dates! Come on Pixie Dust!

Yes, MS will call her when the dates open up, she doesn't have to call.
