Waitlist?

So I made a reservation for OKW from 8/19-8/28. Then, we decided that we would rather be at the Boardwalk this time....so we have been on a waitlist for BWV. We are only missing two nights - the 21st and the 24th (I think).

What are the odds of us getting these nights? And...when we are 30 days out from our trip, I get taken off the waitlist, right? Can I call back and get back on it? Or do I have to call back everyday and check?

Have no idea what the odds of you getting the two nights you are missing. Hope you do. Best chance now will be at the 31 day mark - when members whose plans are not firm have to cancel or chance their points going into holding.

Your name stays on the waitlist until 31 days prior to arrival. If you want to stay on it past that time, you have to call MS and tell them.

At 7 days, there are no more waitlists. That's when you have to call every day to check availability if you still want to try for a ressie for the missing days.

Thanks Carol....I will keep my fingers crossed that we get the nights. But, no biggie if we don't. We love OKW, and would be happy there...just wanted to try a place we had never stayed at.
