Waitlist and Magical Express

If I receive my documents for my confirmed DVC resort and my waitlist comes through, say 10 days prior to departure, what happens to the tags on my luggage? Can I call last minute and receive new tags? Also, to see if my waitlist has come through, do I look under "My Vacation" on the member website?

This is my first experience with the waitlist.

This happened to me in August of this year. ME told me to cross out the name on the tag and write the new resort name. At the ME desk confirm that the change has occured in there system.

Yes, you can check your waitlist on the website under my Vacation Points then I think it's Vacation Activity (can't remember the correct terminology).
