A relative decided to join us for part of our Christmas/New Year's trip a couple of months ago. I was able to get them all of the nights we were at the BCV except for New Year's Eve and January 1. Instead I was able to get them a studio at OKW for those nights.
Yesterday I received word that we had January 1 added to our reservation at the BCV. That freed up the room at OKW for that night for someone on the waitlist there. Today I am going to cancel the room at OKW for New Year's eve, so again someone on the waitlist will get something. I hope it is someone on these Boards becasue I know of a few people that have been waiting for New Year's reservations.
We figure that for one night it isn't worth moving them to OKW when they can stay in our 2 BR at the BCV's. (Yes we are still within the occupancy limits). Especially considering how late we will most likely be out anyways. That is unless it is like last year's torrential rain storm on New Year's Eve.
