We're waiting, too. Our contract is 150 points at SSR, 96 '09 points and all of 10 points. We submitted around Nov. 4th. through TTS. We are current owners at SSR. I'd love to hear something soon, too.

Thank you all for your sympathy and support. I think we will have to see if we can afford to go through Disney. We are planning a big trip the beginning of Dec 2010 and we do not have time for another try. I personally am angry, sad, but most of all disappointed.

It took 3 tries and we paid a little more than we wanted but we finally made it passed ROFR.

I was bought out from DVD at $65 at SSR (second time). Put a bid in for a third at a few dollars more. Fighting the good fight, but in no real rush.

Agent made it sound like it was a sure thing....When I didnt get it she told me Disney has been snapping up anything less than $80...Of course she wasnt going to tell me that before right?

Based on what others have posted for BWV, $79/pt seems to be the break point and then other factors are considered (loaded contract, who pays MF & closing costs, UY, etc). Sorry you didn't win this one but don't stop trying! Just curious, which company did you go through? Good luck on the next one!!
