waiting on a phone call. What questions to ask?

A disney sales rep is about to make his initial call to me. What kind of questions do I need to ask? I plan on asking the current maint. fees at Saratoga Springs. Interest rates on financing the package is also on my mind. What else do I need to cover. They stated the cost for 150 points is 14,250, but that I would be offered some great incentives. What will I be offered? I'm getting excited!!!!!!!

I'm not sure if they're still offering this but this request would only apply if you were going to choose December as your UY.
When I was inquiring about a direct purchse thru Disney about 6 weeks ago, my sales rep told me if I chose December as my UY, there was a chance that Disney could back-date your contract to 2003 and you receive the 2003 points. Of course, the 100% banking window has past but you can use it in 2004 or bank a portion for your use next year. Just a thought

The good ( or bad, depending on point view ) thing about buying through Disney is that salespeople all have the same song and dance. You get what the official incentives are and that's that. So, sorry, unless your guide decides to buy AP's for you out of his own pocket, it isn't happening.

Typical incentives are selling back your first years' points for $10 a point to lower your point cost. Not sure what the exact incentives being offered right now are though.

Just got off phone with the rep.Here what I was told use year is march.If you use disney fianace no payment until May.They have 2 options going one is to 10.00 off points which makes it 85.00 a point the other is a developer special.mainteance fee is 3.80
