Wow. They were super fast this time around.

Reading the ROFR seems like that process is taking two to three weeks currently. I have one more in the ROFR pipeline.

How did you confirm deed was recorded? Did you send the payment on the 12th? (So 5 days from payment to deed record)

I know you're asking @Liquidice , but generally we confirm deed was recorded by going to the County Comptroller's website: https://or.occompt.com/recorder/web/ for WDW.
https://cr.ocgov.com/recorderworks/ for VGC.
https://boc.ehawaii.gov/docsearch/search.html for Aulani.

And doing a direct search.

Monday 2/24/2020 (MS really turning and burning recently!)
Current # of days to points from deed recording: 5-12 days.
Current # of days to points from contract being visible on member site: 1-5 days.

I have signed the closing docs (last Monday).. now impatiently waiting for sellers signature.. seems like the have to notarize it.. so my times seem to be lounger ((... fortunately i did a direct contract in between . Otherwise anxiety and impatience would have been to the roof LOL
