Well I just made my reservations for Aug 1-8 without the hours of the parks. It's not that big of a deal with us since we'll be traveling with a 1 year old and a 2 year old.
I got right in through the Grand Gathering phone number (which didn't matter) and spoke to someone within a minute. My problem was the whole process of booking something. I was asked the date and the location that I wanted and then was asked for a "time frame" of dining, like between 9am and 10am. They then searched for a time that we could fit, so whatever the computer popped out was the time we got. If I wanted it to search again I would lose the original time and then get the next time and so on. I got the feeling that the CM I talked to was annoyed that I had her search again a few times, so after a while I just took what she gave me. When I asked her what would happen if my party size changed she said I would have to make a whole new reservation for the group and my current reservation might not be available? I thought that was strange. I also had to put my credit card number down for the the Princess Breakfast in Norway, no big deal but I have 11 people that want to go and was told that our party would be separated? The whole reason we're all going together is to sit together! I don't understand that, I know that we're not the only party out there that's this big. OH and we have to cancel this reservation at least 2 days in advance or we'll be charged $10 a person.
I miss the good ole days of when you used to call and give them a time and they would say if there's availability or not. This time frame thing got kinda annoying.
