Waiting for August Hours - All hours are up!!

AHHHH - i thought for sure they would be here when i looked today!!! boo! i am so --- ready for them - sure hope they are up soon.

Trying to wait patiently for the hours. I have my spreadsheet started, but I can't plan my whole day until I know the hours!

This is our first trip to WDW and we only have 1 day per park, so I need to make the best of it.

Does anyone know if there's a list of all the different shows at the parks, and which ones are paid shows? Trying to get a general idea of which shows we'd like to go to so we can work around everything. And budget planning too of course :thumbsup2

I'm waiting, too! I am usually so super organized. Now, I'm stuck wondering what I'm going to do! I'm workng tonight, so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to check. Please let's see some good news soon! I feel for all of you who need to made your ADRs now!

:goodvibes

thw shows are free at the parks

Since we're going 9-22 to 9-29, I'm using August 08 hours for my planning. I figure the crowds will be lower for the end of August (even with free dining) than they will be for July and the beginning of August. I think it's a more realistic expectation of the hours than to base it on July's hours. I don't think there will be a Spectro every night the last week of August. :eek:Anybody agree or do ya'll think the hours will be longer than last August? :confused3I'd rather be more conservative with my expectations and not be disappointed.

I can't believe they aren't posted yet. I just sent an e-mail asking when they anticipate the calendat being filled in with times...keep you posted if they ever reply:)

Well this is just disturbing, I thought for sure they'd be up by the time I got home from church. This waiting is doing very little for my case of impatience.

I have the US calendar open on one tab, the UK one on another tab and keep refreshing them. Still nothing!! I think they will be out sometime tomorrow afternoon now which is really bad!

Just thought I'd join in since I'm checking every hour to see when the hours will be up for our trip 8/26-9/1!!!!

Where are they????;) Doesn't Disney realize we are all WDW addicts waiting for our "fix"??:lmao: I NEED these hours NOW:rotfl:

I know there's a lot of jokes about it, but I think Disney is dead wrong for not posting them to coincide with when ADR's can be made. And this coming from someone who can't make his ADR's for another week. It's unfair for those who could be making their ADR's now. For certain meals, ADR's must be made 90 days out, or forget it. Especially during early August when the parks are packed.

If they're going to be so strict about ADR's being 90 days out, then there is absolutely no excuse why they shouldn't have the hours posted for that time yet for the public. I would be beyond irritated if it were affecting my plans.

Well the point is valid, but remember, up until recently, you could make your adr's 180 days in advance, so it was a total crapshoot as far as hours went.

and pleasantly told the CM how aggravated I was that the August park hours announcement does not coincide with the ADR window, and he totally agreed with me and told me to write to guest relations at:

wdw dot guest dot communications at disneyworld dot com

and tell them how inconvenient this has been.

There are still no August park hours and today is exactly 90 days. I did make some ADRs so we don't risk my kids missing their favorites, but I will probably reschedule some of them when EMH hours come out. This means I wasted MY time and the Disney employee's time as well!

I am BEYOND aggravated at this! When I went in 2006, I made ADRs in February for a late July trip, and I know hours were already posted by then because TGM had already made up their recommended parks list and I chose my park days, and ADRs based on that.

Yeah, but at least back then, not everyone was making ADR's nearly six months in advance. Now if you have to make adjustments with less than 90 days to go, you have a better risk of being shut out.
