Wait times on MDE?

I just looked MDE to check wait times because we have a trip upcoming, and it says "Wait times unavailable." I saw the same message yesterday. Did I just happen to log on at bad times, or is there a problem with the wait time feature?

I just opened MDE and I can see wait times. Maybe try updating or reinstalling it?

Wait times are fine. Try logging out and logging back in and check your internet connection. Sometimes they don't load if the connection is slow
