Wait time for NEW (non add-on) contract?

As some of you have read in other posts. I am on the waitlist to purchase 170 points, any use year at Boardwalk villas. I am purchasing through DVC.

How long have any of you had to wait to purchase a NEW contract?

Anyone specifically had to wait for BWV?
