Yes, 250 minutes. We just got back and I knew it would be busy. We've been the last couple of years during spring break, but that was ridiculous. Mission Space had a wait time of 250 min, Test Track was 190 min, Toy Story was 180 min, even Nemo was 150 minutes. The Fast Pass line for Space Mountain was out of the building and was so long, they cut off the regular line and only let FP riders get on for quite some time. I've never seen so many people!! Fantasmic was completely full an hour before the show, and they had 2 shows that night. It was crazy but as usual, we had fun. I would still rather be at WDW than sitting at home!

I would be freaking!!!

We were there March 14 - 21 and thought that was busy.

Do people see 4/3 as that good of a deal?

Hard to believe there's trouble with the economy when you see / hear that.

Hope you had a good vacation regardless of the crowds.

Extreme...I would have taken a picture of that wait board! :thumbsup2

Yea that is NUTS. Sorry but I would die in those wait times and crowds which is why I go in Sept/ Early Dec

There is no way I'd wait that long for any ride. 4 hours for a ride that lasts a couple of minutes? People are nuts! :confused3

There is absolutely no way you could ever get me to go to WDW during Spring Break/Easter or Christmas/New Years. Extreme crowds and wait times hold absolutely no appeal to our family.

Goodness me, those wait times are scary :scared1:

We were there this time last year, it was two weeks after Easter and thankfully it had calmed down a little. I would have lost the plot if I'd have to stand there for that long! :scared:

Its gotten crazier over the years.
The only time we went over spring break was in 2001.....it was teh same crowds as the summer.....nothing comparred to whata it is like now during spring break
I would never go during spring break now...i woul rather go in august like i did last yr.....yes its hot but we never waited more than 30 mins for anything

Holy cow! :scared1:

It doesnt get that busy in early August does it?

We just flew back from Florida this morning after spending a week of "perfect 10s" as in worst-case scores on the touringplans.com crowd calendar. While I didn't spot many waits more than 120 minutes (and those were usually attributable to partial breakdowns) there were plenty of 120-minute waits for the headliner attractions.

My family are not commandos by any stretch of the imagination, but we learned quickly that our trip would have too few highlights if we were not willing to get to the park within an hour of opening. We only made it one rope-drop, but that early arrival made it possible for us to ride Toy Story Mania three times on a day where the waits stayed over 90 minutes from 10am on.

I refuse on principal to join a queue that is estimated to last more than an hour. I'd rather watch that insipid High School Musical 3 show/parade than wait 90 minutes or more for a ride on the fabulous TSM.

I don't get it. Somebody else just posted a day or two ago about "crowds? what crowds?" so, which one is it? I'm more likely to believe the time/crowd estimates on this thread than the other one that talked about the 10 minute waits. We were there March 14-20 and the crowds were the largest we've ever seen. Waits for TSM were 120 and over all week. We used the FP system to the max, had to. We may re-think another Spring Break trip in the future.

:scared:omg...I just can not imagine all those people and how many times the lines must have zigzaged back n forth....

although we did wait 2 hrs back in the 90's at Disneyland (before FP) for the openign of Star Tours and for Splash Mtn....but that was normal back then.

Wow, that's amazingly busy. We went to MK on Christmas day one time and I don't remember lines being that long! (and we didn't really know much about FP back then :lmao: so I'd KNOW if the lines were that long) We've also been in June and never saw it that busy with lines that long.

THERE IS NO WAY in the WORLD I would wait anywhere near, much less over, 4hrs for a ride. no way. I can't even grasph who in their right mind would actualy stand in line for 4hrs. 1hr is bad enough but FOUR HOURS? are you kidding me? that's crazy.

You may be referring the long mission space wait from the electronic boards around future world? Those combine the wait time. When we were down both the experience said 60 minutes at the attraction but the electronic board said 120 minutes. So in reality the 250 minutes could have been 140 for one and 110 for the other.

We just returned yesterday from our week at Disney. Yes, there were some incredible huge lines with 180 minute waits and we were at Magic Kingdom the day it was closed for capacity, but we were able to do everything we wanted to do. We got to the parks early, maximized the use of fastpasses and child swap and never waited more than 20 minutes for a ride. Even though it's crazy busy there right now you can still do so much by getting to the parks early and know what you want to do.
