Wait List at HH

HI! I am a brand-new DVC member(we were at WDW in February, and my home resort is Hilton Head.I went to book a summer vacation there last week and,of course, being the most popular time of year, everyting was booked. I was put on a wait list. We are fairly flexible and are looking for any Sunday-Thursday booking in July or August. Has anyone had experience with the wait-list system? Do you think that I stand a chance of getting a ressie? The kids are 9 and 11, so I we will go to OKW in August if nothing opens up ar HH(in addition to our OWK trip next February-anything to get away from winter here in upstate NY!).

If you are flexible with your dates and can use a 2BR, I'm confident the waitlist will work for you.

Since there are so few Studios and 1BR villas (21 of each) they are a tougher match for the waitlist, but even those are possible.
