vwl 2 br lockoff question

I've heard a few places that if you get a 2br , you have the same set of keys to both the 1 br and the studio. This is not a problem, we're family but the other problem of not be able to charge the rooms separately, could be. Is this true and how do most handle this? Thanks......sue

For all DVC resorts, even though you may get multiple keys, the charges are categorized on your statement showing which key was used. If you're splitting expenses with someone else, when you get your statement you can look and calculate who had what, and then go to the front desk at checkout and pay for the charges separately.

Note: To do this you must not have automatic checkout as that would automatically put all charges on the credit card you had on file.

I don't know if you can get separate keys for the lockout and have those room charges billed separately since everything is under one reservation in the computer system as a 2-B/R unit. Maybe someone else knows for sure. But you definitely can split and charge the expenses separately when you manually checkout at the end of your vacation. Just tell the CM how much to put on each credit card.
