vwl 2 br lockoff question

Just wondering if the studio section and the 1 br section of a 2br lockoff will have separate a/c controls. We have 2 families in the 2br lockoff who may not agree about the air temp. Never gave this a thought before. Any help?

Yes, each unit will have its own (separate) AC controls. They will also have separate phone lines and separate balconies.
