Paint the Night with a wheelchair

Hi all! I'll be going with my Mom in late February and we will most likely have a wheelchair for her. If we got a Paint the Night dining package, are there special accommodations for wheelchair users? I can stand with her, so no issues there, but I was worried the space may be limited. We were thinking the dining package would give us a better (easier) experience, but not sure how they handle wheelchairs. Any advice is appreciated!

Not sure about the dining packages, but we were in the parks in late September and watched Paint the Night 3 different times. Each time it was fairly easy to get "front row" seating in the couple different spots we tried. One time was at the entrance loop on the corner between the firehouse and the Emporium. Other two times were on the stretch of road that runs between the Matterhorn and the side of Alice in Wonderland. We set up near the bathrooms and basically there was hardly anyone there, so we could walk right down to the edge of the road and be arms-length from the parade with nobody jostling us for position. Anyway, don't know if that helps at all but hopefully does a bit.

Thanks, that does help! I was wondering if a dining package was even necessary. How far in advance did you grab those spots?

The entrance loop spot we grabbed maybe half an hour or so early. Lots of people were already lined up on the center island thing and along the sides of Main St, but where we set up kind of between the firehouse and Emporium there was nobody sitting there. Once the parade was starting then a bunch of people came and filled it in, but getting the front spot was easy. As for the spot by the back of Alice, that was even easier to get. I think we were there only 20 mins before it started and we still got to sit on the cement benches near the bathrooms. If you are slightly more ambitious in planning ahead I'm sure you can get a good seat.

Here is a clip from a video we took while sitting on those benches behind Alice. Should give you an idea of what it was like. This was at 10:51pm on 9/25/25.
