Vow Renewals

Has anyone renewed vows at WDW.

What is the average cost of doing this.

We will be married 10 years next year, and was thinking about doing something special. (if it is cost effective)

I think the minimum price is now $2950 plus Tax. That includes flowers, a limo and a 30 min cake and champagne reception!

Oh I would love to do that, not sure if DH would be too eager, don't suppose I can do it on my own.

We celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary this September with a Disney cruise. I'm debating whether to try and add on the Cruise Vow Renewal package to make it even more special.

We re-newed our wedding vows when we were in Orlando last year

We were unable to afford the Disney re-newals so went here: http://www.royalchapel.com/

We had a lovely day, had the 'Sealed with a Kiss' ceremony (any of the wedding packages can be used for your vow re-newal), a limo for 3 hours and the whole cost was just around £300

After the ceremony we went back to the villa, got changed and met up with friends at the 'Hard Rock Cafe' for dinner

I think I'll email DCL and see if it's at all possible to add the Vow Renewal package on at this stage. I really think it would be lovely and as our original wedding was a Registry Office non-event back in the early 80's when fashions were dire and hairdos worse - we owe it to ourselves, right??!

It is a fab idea, Mandy, TBH I've been toying with it for the last 6 months. BTW your cruise looked an absolute blast - I really hope DH and I have as much fun with our fellow Dis-ers as you guys clearly did...

Virgin Holidays, offer disney weddings to starting from £999 at swan and dolphin up to £2$$$,

They also offer keepsake watches.

Trying to talk DH into it, at moment the tv is more important lol.

DD wants it all lol.

I would love to renew out vows on the DCL - we are only coming up to 7 yrs this year.

Castaway cay is my most favourite place on earth.

After doing 2 DCL in 2 yrs Dh says it will be a while before he wants to do another one - so perhaps our 10yr anniverasary

we had our 20th last year and I surpized DH with a disney cruise didn't know you could do a wedding revow
maybe on our 25th
so keep the secert if like me you will get good at lying

Just to keep you updated...

I am so excited!!!! Had a call this afternoon from Kathy, a Disney Wedding Planner, and she has confirmed that we can have a vow renewal onboard the Magic as requested! I'd actually given up hope as I know they only have two per cruise and they seem to book up quickly but there'd been a cancellation today so we were able to sneak in!!! I've been dancing around the living room ever since - the dogs think I've gone crazy - like there was ever any doubt!!!
