My wife wants to do a Vow renewal for our 10th aniversary but I may surprise her before then

Judging what I see, I don't see that you get a lot of bang for your buck though.

We are DVC members so will we have to pay to stay or will they delete this from your package? (I think they give you 4 days at a moderate) or does the package cover your guest hotels room as well? probably 10 or less people.

I am totally lost. The brochure did nothing but confuse me.

This is why men shouldn't do stuff like this. We get to confused with the particulars.

Anyone willing the enlighten me and point me in the right directions I sure would appreciate it.

Otherwise we are doing the vow renewals at Hooters :teeth:

Hi! How sweet of you to consider doing something like this for your wife as a surprise.

I haven't actually had a wedding at disney. I have however been researching to have dh and my 25th anniversary vow renewal there. I am very excited. As far as bang for your buck, that is true as in material items, but imho I think the memories will be well worth it. (atleast that is my hope).

If you are looking at an intimate (I have no knowledge of custom, as I have only been researching intimate), I think the average cost will be apprx. $2900.-$3200. in 2007. This includes cake, champagne toast for 4, flower bouquet and corsage for bride and groom, music (violinist)for ceremony/cake cutting, the use of location (a few to choose from), limo service, (I think this is for four hours, but not sure), and photographer. It does not include the officiant or the lodging for anyone. It may seem like alot of money, I thought so at first also. Then the more I thought about it, the more I realized this would cost alot of money to do at home also. I know photographers are very expensive, as well as a bridal bouquet. Then when you consider the disney magic, well like the commercial says, priceless! lol

Have you tried disneyweddings.com? That is where I began.

I'm sure there are others on these boards that can help out alot more than I. They have been a wealth of knowlegde for me.

So, ladies did I forget anything?
Congratulations! and Good luck!
