Has anyone ever received a voucher instead of their actual park tickets?

Today we got a voucher to collect our 14 day Universal tickets at the gate. The tickets were booked through a local travel agent, using Seligo.

We got our Disney tickets from the Seligo too, but from a different travel agent, and we got the actual tickets for that.

I'm a bit worried - is this normal practice to get a voucher instead of the real thing??? Anyone else had a voucher to redeem? Was it ok?

I know probably worrying about nothing, but with only 9 days to go....

No need to panic!

I've had vouchers before for both WDW and Universal. All you need to do is go to the Customer Services desk at the entrance to the park and exchange them for your tickets...took only a couple of minutes...

As far as I'm aware only Keith Prowse supply actual tickets for Universal (at least they claim in their brochure that only they do).

Have a great time.

Cheers

Thanks Paul

Yes we've had the tickets from Keith Prowse for Universal before. I checked the Seligo website and it is in the T's & C's that for Disney the actual tickets will be given but for Universal it will be a voucher.

Hi Cath, glad to be back eh?

We too have received tickets for Disney and voucher for Universal so I don't think there is anything to worry about.

Excitement rising!

only problem with the vouchers is that you have to que to exchange it for a pass - thats what keith prowse say anyway!
