Voucher for Planet Hollywood Question

RE: Planet Hollywood. It says VIP seating is from 11-6. Does this mean they only accept the voucher then or what?

I had some similar voucher in 2004 when I went down and that is the only time it is good for. Now I now we got in right before or right after the 6 pm mark last time and they didn't have a problem letting us use it.

As far as booking with the TA from a previous post. I booked with AAA for my trip next month and got the voucher, if you still get it b/c of the free dining I'm not sure. I would imagine if it part of the "deals" or "extras" you get when you book the magic your way package then you should get it, but I could be wrong.

In that case since we are getting two packages and will get two golf certificates we can golf for free!!! I like free even better than inexpensive. :cool1:

Still wondering if we can use our Planet Hollywood vouchers when we go back in December and will not have all that free food. Anyone know??

Thanks Tink

Sounds like we will be able to use our PH vouchers when we go back in December. Wish they were Puck vouchers though. I am soooo greedy. :goodvibes

stupid question, but can you use the voucher in lieu of using a dining credit for a person in your party? Meaning, I will have (3) adult-tier diners with me on my trip, can I use a voucher to pay for her meal instead of using the dining credit???

Three of us went to WDW in Oct 2006 with 10 days of free DDP. Since I had reserved 11 TS each, we planned to use up two TS and use the voucher for my meal. Our server told us that this was not allowed - we were not to combine it with any other offer. He made it out that we were lucky to get the DDP and he was a little rude about it. We stayed and just used 3 TS. I must say that we did have a very good meal. DD had the tostadas appy, lasagna, and cheesecake, DD BF had bruschetta, lasagna and cheesecake and I had spinach and artichoke dip, fajitas and cheesecake. Everything was great and the server was a good server even though he had a bit of "attitude".

Couldn't you just have gotten them rang up on seperate tickets? We have ADR for May with the dining plan. I thought we could use the $15 towards the purchase of extra appetizers so we could sample! Why can't we just ask them to ring it up separately?

I hope that is the case as that is what I planned to do on our trip as well. Anyone know for sure?

Is the golf voucher for mini golf a free game for everyone on the reservation? That makes sense, but I was unsure.

I imagine that some of the waitstaff and CM's get rather worn out with having to explain some things over and over again. Not that I think that is right of them cause it is not the guest's fault if things are not easily understood.

It is my opinion that when such problems arise it might be best addressed by having a sign outside the establishment clearly stating the rules.:teacher:

It would make for a much nicer environment for everyone concerned.

Of course, there would still be some people who would still ask but then they are also the people who want to know what time the 3:00 parade starts. :rotfl2:
