Thanks for the stats, Hope. I was having a hard time trying to write down the vote totals as they were reading them.

Maybe it was because I was so excited when I realized what Ei$ner's NO vote totals were!

Michael Eisner was most definitely targeted by Stanley Gold & Roy Disney!

It appears that the Save Disney campaign accounted for 10%. The other votes were institutional investors that make their decisions on their own. Roy did a great job.

I was under the impression that Roy and Stan just spent the better part of the last month talking to those 'institutional investors'. If that's the case, don't you think he could be credited for a bit more than 10%

The controlling parties of the institutions have a duty to their customers to vote the way that they direct them. Just like our representatives do for congress. They may have had an influence but they might get into some SEC trouble if they let on that they were swayed by Roy and friends.
