Craftsman grill question

Hi! Just back from a great trip to Disneyland! We stayed at the GCH! Love it. Question….does anyone know how to find out what brand of yogurt they use in the yogurt parfaits at the Craftsman Grill counter service? Also would love the recipe for the coconut chia pudding too. So so delicious!

Disney switched to Dannon products a decade ago, so that would be my best guess.
