I mean, if they would give back to their viewers it would be different. Would it really kill them to do like $25 gift card giveaways to Orlando area restaurants, or maybe a $50 Disney gift card or something? Sure, not every viewer would get something but at least there would be a chance. It's not like they couldn't afford to giveawya $300-$500 per month to their viewers as a way to say "Hey, thanks for giving us this lifestyle".
You don't have any obligation to pay to watch them. It's offered for free. They work within the structure of YouTube, providing benefit to YouTube, and this receive a payment from them. Just like any other contractor getting paid to provide a benefit for another company. If you can afford to give back $300-$500 a month back to your employer to say 'hey thanks for giving me this job', would you? Most likely not. They earned that money. They do occasionally give to charity, such as sponsoring animals at one of the local resorts (and have even vlogged going there), among briefly mentioning others at times. So there is a bit of pay it forward there.
Vlogging/Editing is not hard work. It's just not. They even talk about what a great time they are having in their videos. All they are doing is filming the vacations/trips that their views send them on. They say "We just wanted to point out that we paid for this room out of pocket" but they don't. Youtube checks pay for that.
Fewer people would watch them if they talked about what a horrible time they are having in their videos. Their livelihood depends on them having fun. Of course they're going to show the happy portions, or at least look happy. Vlogging is just another form of entertainment. As this is their job, if they pay for a room it IS out of pocket. YouTube checks ARE their job. They're essentially contractors, as I mentioned above. It takes a lot of filming to make a 20-30 minute video. I've dabbled here and there. My arm gets tired, it makes the parks feel like work instead of pure fun, if people know who you are, you don't get 2 minutes to yourself, and editing well does take time and learning. I can play classical piano and make it look easy, but to most people it's not. It's the same for vlogging and editing. It's not as easy as it looks.
These comments are whether I like them or not. Personally, I don't watch their home videos, but I enjoy the park videos. So as a result I've stopped watching about half their videos. But the comments above apply to any vlogger, not just the Trackers. I don't really understand all the hate. If it's something you want to do, and can do better, go for it. More variety is always great and we could use the next big vlogger. The market is saturated, but the really good, quality vloggers are harder to find.
