Hi...I have a question regarding relatives who want to visit us at Old Key West while we are staying there. They will have a car. Can they park the car in the lot without having to pay? Thanks.

There isn't a charge for parking at a resort unless you valet. Your guests should be permitted to park after stopping at the security gate. They will need to let the guard know that they are visiting a guest of the resort. It might be helpful for you to provide them with your room number so they can confirm that with the guard if necessary.

I was making a general statement about parking at Disney resorts and paying for parking - clarifying resort parking for the OP based on the comment about paying to park.
I did not specifically say there was valet parking at OKW.

Is there guest overnight parking at OKW? It doesn't look like it. People are driving in and we are staying there with their cars, and I wouldn't want their cars to get towed or ticketed. How do we know to associate their vehicles with our party/reservation?

Are they on your reservation? They just need to let the security at the entrance to OKW know that they are staying on your reservation.

If they're not already on your reservation, you can either add them now, or add them upon your arrival at the resort.

To add them now:

If you're staying on your own DVC points, call DVC Member Services.
If you're staying on rented points, contact the owner, as they will need to make the change.
If you're staying on a reservation through Disney ("cash reservation"), call the main reservation line.

Also, if they are staying overnight and you're not using points, there is a nightly parking fee.
