I just wanted to share this picture of my 15 month old grandson visiting with Santa Claus at our local mall. I really didn't think we'd get a photo of him with Santa this year because I figured he's at that age where he'd be a bit frightened or apprehensive. Well, he wasn't the least bit frightened! In fact, he was very much at ease and would have sat with Santa even longer if there hadn't been others waiting in line.

I took a picture of the actual picture, so it isn't as clear as the original one.

My daughter was telling me today that every time Carter sees a Santa now, he gets all excited and wants to go see him. Too funny!

I remember when my youngest daughter was around the same age as my grandson, she refused to sit on Santa's lap. She was okay with sitting in his chair while he knelt beside it, though. And, I remember when our son was almost two, he was fine until he got a close-up look of Santa. That was it for him! He climbed down off his lap very quickly. No picture that year!

How have your baby/toddlers done with Santa this year, or in year's past?

Outstanding!! My oldest was always fine wtih Santa.. No problems at all. But my second? OY! Here.. Ill let the pictures speak.

:lmao: It was too funny. This is the first year she has asked to see him, and she is now 4. We are taking all four of the kids this weekend... Who knows what the twins will do. :scared1:

Oh, those photos are precious!!! I love the Christmas outfit on your little one!

What a precious photo! :goodvibes

Our youngest grandson wasn't afraid of Santa the first year he saw him either. He was 10 months old at that time.

I'm not sure if they've taken him and his little sister (11 months old) to see Santa yet as I haven't heard how the little one reacted. They may be doing that this weekend.

I always feel bad when little ones are scared and parents make them sit on Santa's lap anyway so they can get a picture. Poor little kids. :(

OOohhhh, such sweet kiddos!! And your santas look GREAT, wow, the ones we get here are, well... pathetic. We get the ones that are obviously scrawny, pillow-stuffed 20-something boys with their (brown!) sideburns sticking out of their hat...

Trying to get DD14 to visit Santa so I can get a pic; I have one from a while back when she was like 2 or 3, and she looked like she was explaining something to him carefully, it was a riot!
