I just wanted to share this picture of my 15 month old grandson visiting with Santa Claus at our local mall. I really didn't think we'd get a photo of him with Santa this year because I figured he's at that age where he'd be a bit frightened or apprehensive. Well, he wasn't the least bit frightened! In fact, he was very much at ease and would have sat with Santa even longer if there hadn't been others waiting in line.
I took a picture of the actual picture, so it isn't as clear as the original one.
My daughter was telling me today that every time Carter sees a Santa now, he gets all excited and wants to go see him. Too funny!
I remember when my youngest daughter was around the same age as my grandson, she refused to sit on Santa's lap. She was okay with sitting in his chair while he knelt beside it, though.
And, I remember when our son was almost two, he was fine until he got a close-up look of Santa. That was it for him! He climbed down off his lap very quickly. No picture that year!
How have your baby/toddlers done with Santa this year, or in year's past?
